I will not hover over the comments section like a vulture, rebutting every criticism as if my words were holy writ, never to be challenged. But I will be screening out inappropriate and juvenile posts. While it’s accessible to anyone who cares to link to it, my blog isn’t a public forum for adolescent political activism. I can tolerate intelligent dissent, but I have no desire to degrade my website with simplistic mantras such as “impeach Bush” or hateful jokes about Ronald Reagan’s bout with Alzheimer’s. If you cannot stand reading conservative commentary without yelping inanities through a modem, please feel free to visit this website instead. Or grow up. Otherwise, agree with me, disagree with me, post silly jokes, or whatever else. Talk about the Lions-Packers game if you want; just don’t expect me to preserve your precious insults on my own blog.
P.S. Grammar Nazis are more than welcome to e-mail me directly. I’m a terrible editor, so I know more than a few comma splices are going to slip past my mental goaltender.
